Two 'Coronation Trees' to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III this year have been arranged by the Residents' Association and planted in Plealey. The sapling trees were planted on 18th April 2023 - an Oak on Well Lane by Tiptons Orchard and a Amelanchier Lamarckii  (aka Snowy Mespilus) on the main road by Red House Barn. Photos of the two trees are below, the oak on the left. Some plaques are on order and will be put in positon as soon as they are available.
